The Cleaning Process
We use Detergent-Free Cleaning Chemistry Based on food-grade ingredients.
They are environmentally aware and are non-hazardous to humans, animals and the environment!
Totally free from any added synthetic surfactants and is primarily manufactured from processed and refined food grade Sodium Salts, either Sodium Phosphate or Sodium Citrate.
1.Inspection: A professional carpet cleaning technician will inspect the carpet to assess the level of soiling, stains, backing, fibres and any specific cleaning requirements.
2.Dry Soil Extraction: We pre-vacuum all areas of the carpet. This is a very important part of our cleaning process and it’s not to be overlooked. A professional dry soil extraction at the start will enable a superior deep clean and outstanding result.
3.Pre-spray & Pre-spot: We pre-spray all areas of the carpet with cleaning solution to ensure complete coverage, more focus will be on those high traffic areas such as walkways and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

4.Pre-Grooming (Agitation): Mechanical agitation, we are using pile brush or CRB machine (contra-rotating brushes) – a machine that brushes the solution into all the carpet fibres, loosening all the dirt and nasties and breaking them down so they are ready for the next step.
5.Soil Extraction, Rinse and Neutralize: Using a powerful extraction cleaning system thoroughly rinse carpet pile with special rinse – this reduces the risk of cleaning problems, removes soil, sticky residue and cleaning products. Leaves the carpet safer and healthier. Carpet pile will stay in balanced pH afterwards.
6.Post-Grooming: Pile re-set using grooming brush. Will leave carpet pile as upright as possible.
7.Air-blower (optional): Can speed up drying significantly.
